A Widget is sourced from another website like a video from YouTube.com, a poll form PollDaddy.com, a slideshow from RockYou.com or Slide.com, or widgets from many other sites.
Just cut and paste the 'embed' or 'object' source code into a widget element.
We also recommend that you delete this element so that visitors to your site don't see it. You can do this by clicking on the 'X' that is shown when you move your mouse to the right of 'How To Add Widgets'.
